TERMS & CONDITIONS

• General - These terms & conditions govern attendance at the event. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms, venue rules, and applicable laws of Barbados.

• Tickets & Entry - Each ticket is a revocable licence to attend the event and is valid only for the specified date and venue. Entry is subject to security checks and compliance with all rules. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person without refund.

• Weather Policy (Rain Or Shine) - This is an open-air event and will proceed rain or shine. Adverse weather does not entitle ticket holders to a refund. The event may be paused or modified in cases of unsafe weather conditions.

• Event Changes - The promoter reserves the right to change the event schedule, performers, or venue if necessary. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

• Refunds & Cancellations - All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or officially postponed. Tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates.

• Security & Entry Conditions - All attendees are subject to bag searches and screening. Entry may be refused to individuals who are intoxicated, in possession of prohibited items, or acting in a disruptive manner.

• Prohibited Items - Weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, flammable items, fireworks, and professional recording equipment are prohibited.

• Behaviour & Conduct - Attendees must behave responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal without refund.

• Health & Safety - Attendees accept inherent risks associated with outdoor events. The promoter is not liable for personal injury or loss except where required by law.

• Force Majeure - The event may be cancelled or altered due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control including extreme weather or government restrictions.

• Food & Beverage - Outside food and beverages may be restricted. Alcohol consumption is subject to Barbados law.

• Children & Age Restrictions - Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Photography & Media - Attendees consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.

• Ticket Resale - Only tickets purchased through authorised sellers are guaranteed valid.

• Governing Law - These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados.
